How Can I Vote?
What to bring when voting?
Voters need to bring a Government issued photo ID.
TN Driver’s License (must be TN)
TN Photo ID Card
Military ID
US Passport
Student and college IDs do not qualify.
Interpreters
All voters have the right to bring an interpreter to vote.
This can be a friend, a neighbor, a family member.
Interpreter does not have to bring an ID but will be asked to sign a document saying they are there to be an interpreter for the voter only.
Voters must bring their own interpreter— the polling location will not provide one.

Where Can I Vote?
In Rutherford County, you are allowed to vote at ANY of the twenty-eight (28) voting locations that are most convenient to your work, school or travel for Early Voting AND Election Day. You are no longer assigned a mandated voting location.

November 5th Election (General Election)
Who Are You Voting For?
This is the General Election for all state and federal races. For example, U.S. Senate, U.S. House of Representatives, Tennessee State Senate (even-numbered district), and Tennessee State House of Representatives (ME).

Early Voting:
Wednesday, October 16 – Thursday, October 31, 2024
Election Day:
